Nirm handled my divorce and handled it well. He did an excellent job of listening and communicating -- I could always get him on the phone. And he handled things the way I wanted them handled; I never felt that I was getting the pro-forma, standard divorce case that he gives to everyone. That human intelligence was important to me, because divorces aren't fun.

I love Nirm's style. He knows what issues to highlight and which ones to avoid in front of a judge. He knows exactly how to handle the opposing attorney too. He has a direct, smooth and effective approach. Most of all, I find him fair and he has a very kind heart. He is personable yet professional. Worth every penny. I used his firm for my divorce and again a few years later in 2019 for a motion. I am pleased with the results and highly recommend him.

After the untimely death of one of his partners, Nirm to over my contentious divorce. As an attorney myself(I knew enough NOT to have a fool for a client..aka..me), I hold myself as well as other attys to a very high standard of practice. Nirm met and exceeded my expectation by understanding the nuances of my matter as well as providing me excellent "local" information regarding the Court/Judges/standards which is so very significant when involved with litigation. I retained Nirm for my highly contentious post-divorce parenting time issue. In the past I had retained a few attorneys, but Nirm was the only attorney that exceeded my expectations and provided competent counsel that produced the results my child and I needed. I recommend him 100 percent. Nirm was exceptional in his legal knowledge, courtroom presence, appropriately setting my expectations and getting me my parenting time that my ex was opposed to. I hired another firm for my initial divorce and paid for that mistake in the long-run with incompetent counsel. After hiring Nirm post-divorce, I was able to see the difference and there is no comparison, he is 100% dedicated to the the needs of his clients. Divorce is an emotional process with lasting implications. Definitely do your due diligence when hiring any firm to represent your interests and choose the one that is best for you. I can honestly say that Nirm was worth every dime and was the very best for me. I highly recommend him.

Nirm was awesome throughout my entire case! I had an extremely complex case and he helped to keep things on track. Although the other side was not playing fair, Nirm was strategic and thoughtful in our appoach. He ended up getting me 50/50 joint custody of my kids, which even the judge noted in my order, was extremely rare for a father to get. Nirm has the ability to make tough concepts easier to understand, especially when so much is personally invested. I was better able to navigate what was really important and let go of those things that would not help my case as much. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely refer him to anyone who was in need of his services. Not to mention, he has a great sense of humor and was extremely easy to talk to from the start. His vast experience shined through in every aspect of my case. I think I ended up the best position possible given my circumstances. Thank you to Nirm and his office for all they have done.

Nirm helped me navigate through a very complex divorce. Throughout the process, he skillfully pressed issues that needed to be pressed, and pulled my focus away from the issues that ultimately were not important to me and were distracting me. Ultimately, he helped to protect my legal and parental custody rights, and I am grateful that he and his office were on my side.

Nirm is unbelievable. My case was very complicated because it involved custody issues with my grandson, DYFS, law guardians, a heroin-addicted daughter, biological father, paternal grandparents, & blah blah blah! I called Nirm's law office on a SUNDAY no less, & Cara Corbo responded immediately & put Nirm on the case. How he gathered this group of characters together by Monday morning for an emergency hearing I'll never know, but he did & the case was decided in my favor. Nirm's only drawback is that he is TOO knowledgeable & will sometimes grow short on patience, but he will never throw you under the bus. He's pricey, but worth every penny. The old saying is true - you get what you pay for!
