He has Horrible communication skills. I hired him for criminal defense and he was paid in full. He would only talk to me day of court. Every time I would try to reach out I wouldn’t get a response. This went on for months and I eventually fired him.

How do you go to school to become an attorney and take peoples money never work on their behalf. Do not use him. I promise all he cares about is comingling also has a letter of misconduct in his file.

I wanted a lawyer to represent me for a small but meaningful traffic violation case. Mr. Smith was a great choice. I was in and out of the courthouse quickly and I’m certain it was in large part due to the relationships Mr. Smith maintains. He was obviously well known and respected in the room. If I had another issue that required a court appearance I would call on Mr. Smith again without hesitation.

I paid this attorney to render service for an expungement paperwork was never filed after 6 months. I had to end up filing for myself thank goodness I can read and write. I think he’s a nice guy very respectful, I can’t understand why he stop all communication with me after he was paid in full. You try and support your own and this is the outcome. Terrible experience but optimistic with the outcome.

he is a great lawyer straight to the point, he knows what I don't know about the law and he gets situation's resolved immediately....plus he is well know in the superior court and all judges and lawyers knows him to me he is down to earth......
