Their willingness to help their clients is terrible. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. WC paralegal is untouchable and extremely hard to get in touch. She's in office only once a week, and she could not be touched for months. She almost never answer my phone and takes days or weeks to respond to my text. She and this law office did not notify the court date in timely manner. I was notified I have a court date a day before even though I had met her few days earlier. Also, when I had a settlement court, they did not tell me to bring some important paperwork to determine the settlement amount. Because of this, procedure was delayed for about a month. Also, I submitted the picture of damaged car at least 4 times, but she insisted she did not received them. She lost pictures I had sent so many times. Update: My condition went bad, so I asked this lawfirm to reopen the case. Here is their response: Mr Blair : Based on the very poor review you gave my office I do not believe my office will be able to satisfy your desire to reopen your case . You can hire another attorney that assist you with a reopened. I’m sorry my office could not assist you Instead of attempting to improve their services and apologizing their misconducts, they refused serving me for revenge. This is not how the law office in civilized country should behave.

I had the worst experience with their firm today. I had an accident last week and I barely walk. Mr. Carbon told me and my husband separately that he is gonna stay in his office until I got there to talk directly. I called his staff like six times and each time she confirmed that it should be fine and he is gonna be there. I took Uber and I got there 20 minutes earlier than when I was supposed to be. He wasn't there. And his staff didn't even care. She didn't even bother herself to look into my eyes and apologize.
