My family has utilized the assistance of Mr. Raymond Lo to perform legal duties for both myself and my partner in 2 separate cases. Personally, I feel that Mr. Lo and his NJ office manager has always provided me with honest, professional, and personalized care during the course of both immigration matters. Each time there were any concerns or questions, they were promptly addressed immediately with expert advice. Every time I called and Mr. Lo was unavailable, Yohana would always be attentive to my needs and questions. Although both cases were unfortunately delayed by USCIS; I was very satisfied with the preparation of my legal documents. Finally, the case was approved and her siblings were granted visa. We are greatly thankful to Mr.Lo and his entire staff for being on top of our case and for being so helpful throughout this time.
