My wife and I were initially confused by the adjustment of status process, but Raymond made the entire process super simple and stress-free. Couldn't have done it without him, to be honest. Raymond was very upfront about the entire process. He explained the process in detail, gave us an accurate processing time, and told us what documents to prepare ahead of the interview. The whole process (application to green card) took less than 12 months, which was astonishing considering the processing time for other people. We appreciated Raymond's experience, professionalism, and efficiency. He responded to calls and emails promptly, and appointments were always on time. When we were concerned about something, he would reassure us and tell us we were on the right track. Everything for the interview was meticulously prepared, and it was such a relief to have him with us. We also liked that he was easy to talk to and had a sense of humor. I was initially skeptical about his ratings, but I'm happy to say he went beyond our expectations. I'd recommend Raymond for anyone going through the same process. My advice is to prepare your questions in advance, and follow his instructions when it's time to gather documents for the paperwork. Good luck!

Raymond is the best immigration lawyer in NJ/NYC based on my experience. Here’s why I chose Raymond: He is very patient with me, professional; he took the time to learn about my case, and explained different possible outcomes and scenarios to me in details. He was confident in representing me in court. He makes suggestions but never pushy. He’s always reachable by email, and he promptly responds. You don’t have to deal with any assistants. It was a daunting task- many places where things could go wrong. Thank goodness for Raymond Lo he walked my wife and I through it all, told us what to expect and the outcome was great. Highly recommend their services. I had a great experience working with Atty. Raymond and his office manager, Ms. Yohanna. They were very professional. They told me everything I needed to know during the entire process. They are easily reachable when you need them. They answered all the questions I had and responded to emails/phone calls in a timely manner. I would definitely work with them again for my naturalization in the future.

I cannot express how HAPPY AND PLEASED my parents and I are with this Law firm, my father had a long and complicated case we had another lawyer prior to Mr. Lo and the lawyer was HORRIBLE!! Took $15,000 from my father and didn't do anything a case that was suppose to be resolved within the 3 months turned into 4 years and every time we would ask him he would say go to info pass u have to wait. We got fed up and looked for better lawyers around our are and found Mr. Lo and he was able to finish our case within 3 months. A simple email that he sent to USCIS RESOLVED ALLLLLL THE ISSUES. Now I am HAPPY to say that both of my parents are green card holder and thanks to Mr. Lo and Yohana always there to help and replied to my emails RIGHT AWAY. Raymond is a great attorney and a great human being! He helped me and my wife win political asylum in US. We initially applied for affirmative political asylum with another attorney. We hired Raymond once we were placed in removal proceedings before immigration judge following our interview with an immigration officer. I am extremely glad we found Raymond. He immediately understood the basis of our fear of persecution. He had full knowledge of our home country conditions including the political and religious (Shia vs Sunni) intolerance. This proved to be extremely important. Contrary to our previous attorney, Raymond always directly dealt with us and we were never made to deal with an assistant, even on phone!! We had countless face to face meetings with him, some of which lasted several hours, for preparation of our case. He always encourage us to contact him if we had any questions/concerns regarding our case. He promptly responded to our email inquiries. We never had any problem in setting up a face to face appointment with him in his New York office (some of which were same day or next business day requests). Raymond is extremely punctual about timely filling of all paperwork. He gave us a timeline for filling of different paperwork and supporting documents. He ensured we understood the timeline and followed it to ensure there were no delays. There were times when I got delayed in procuring the required documents and providing them to Raymond, he contacted me multiple time via emails and phone to ensure I was doing my best to procure the documents so that they can be filed in a timely manner. I always felt Raymond was like a dedicated class teacher who was more concerned about student’s upcoming exam than the student himself. I can’t thank Raymond enough !!! I highly recommend him !!!
