I have used Mr. Masciocchi several times for traffic court appearances in Camden County. His staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. I have faced license suspension numerous times and Mr. Masciocchi helped me avoid these charges at court. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Masciocchi took on a case that no one would touch and worked with me on the fee with a payment plan when everyone else I called wanted payment in full up front. Then he obtained a dismissal arguing probable cause. You'd be making a major mistake not to use him.

I paid him alot of money to represent me and all he did was take the easy way out, just wanted to enter a plea and go to the next client, I never felt like he cared or tried to defend me properly

I am beyond happy with my decision to listen to a friend of mine who referred me to Thomas. I was wary at first as many attorneys I called quoted me for a ridiculous amount and were not very understanding about my financial situation. Thomas had the lowest price around, call around to see for yourself, and offered affordable payment plans. This gave me time to get the case started while saving up more money. I personally think reviews are a waste of my time, and have only done a handful in my life, but I feel like I owe this guy something besides money after seeing the last review. He cared about me as a client, spoke with me from his personal line on weekends, and never left me in the dark. My case was rescheduled and their was no fee for this as he explained there would only be a fee if I did not show and he did, which is understandable. I know money is tight.. and I know things get a little scary when you have charges such as mine.. I was there. But choosing this attorney was one of my better decisions, I cn't get into personal reasons why he really went above and beyond.. but I can say that he paid close attention to the small details of my case and saw things and options that other attorneys overlooked. Not satisfied with the legal service at all. A first time DUI charge with no breathalylzer information available for 6 months. All this attorney was good for was canceling court appearances and charging a fee each time the appearance was canceled. Very little legal support, and in the end there was no point in obtaining his legal services. This attorney was nothing but a money pit, and a regretful decision in retaining his services.

We did achieve a dismissal in the end. This experience was very new & I hope not to repeat on behalf of my "new adult". I guess the case was simpe/cut n dry. the main work was done "behind the scenes. We we not involved too much. The office did keep us current and we only required 2 appearances. Mr. Thomas has a quiet nature. I would contact him again. Thank you. Will update with job hunting results/bkrnd ck affects.

When I got arrested on a marijuana charge I decided I needed a lawyer. I found one of Thomas' advertisements in my mail and decided to give him a try. This was probably the best decision I had made in a long time. His quote for my case was $50-$150 cheaper than the quotes I got from 3 other firms. Not only was Mr. Masciocchi professional and courteous, he was also extremely personable. He worked with me to get all of the details of my case and gave me options as to what I wanted to do moving forward. Thomas seemed like he had a ton of experience dealing with the courts and appeared to have a great relationship with the prosecutor and judge on my case. Mr. M was always available when I had questions unless he was in court where I would receive a phone call right when he was out. Thomas got my case dropped to a misdemeanor with no drug records following me to future employment oppurtunities or any residual effects. Overall Thomas Masciocchi was the ideal lawyer to have. He was extremely comfortable and effective when we were in front of the judge and handled my case with extreme care and in a timely fashion. He also made me feel like he really cared about me as a person not just as a client.

After just getting back from court with Mr. Masciocchi all I can say is HE IS A LIFE SAVER!!!! I was looking at criminal charge which without Mr. Masciocchi's representation I would sitting in jail. I would strongly recommend Mr. Masciocchi to all both he and his staff are very professional and are always willing to help.

Tom has a great understanding of the law. He has done well for me in every case he has handled. I have had big prestigious firms deliver way less for way more. Give Mr. Masciocchi a chance and you will be not disappointed with the verdict.

The lawyer I have ever dealt with. My record is not all that good and because of that i have dealt with several other lawyers. After my most recent charges that were resolved by mr masciocchi I will only use him and him only for any further legal represnetation. I was facing a dui my 3rd offense which could have caused me to be in jail for 180 days but thank god for mr masciocchi. He not only saved me from jail he saved me from loosing my job. Every dollar that i spent on my legal representation was worth it!!!!!! I am very satisfied and happy that i chose mr masciocchi over other attorneys. Both him and his staff are very professional and always willing to help me at anytime of day. I woould strongly reccomend that everyone chose mr masciocchi becasue he is the best!!!!!!!!!

ive had quite a few run ins with the law this past year and with the economy in such bad shape thought there was no way out of my terrible situation... a friend reccomended thomas to me and at first i was not sure if i wanted to dish out the money for a lawyer but my friend said she swears by his work. i called his office and the receiptionist was very friendly and helpful. he transfered my call to thomas right away. thomas reassured me that he could protect my name and that court would go over easy and he was right. i have recently been hired as a customer service representative and i credit my job to thomas. if he had not helped me clear my record, i may have not been hired. i suggest this attorney to all of my friends and family!!!!!
