Mr Dunne handled both of our closings (old and new homes). The sale of our old home ran into some complications, which he handled with aplomb and expertise (especially in negotiations with the other attorney and real estate agent). He has a calm and unflappable demeanor, which is very reassuring for clients.

He handled the sale of our home which was not easy during this pandemic era. Our initial buyer kept dragging out the process due to the economic conditions caused by Covid 19.
