I agree with Leslie C. Neal is a lazy and incompetent lawyer. He doesn't respond to calls, text, or email. He is always on vacation. His office is closed by noon. He doesn't read the contract, but will coherce you to sign them. He doesn't familiar himself with your case and won't try to argue on your behalf in court. He will make decisions opposite to what you discussed without consulting with you....his main goal is to bill and take actions to keep pushing your case ... his initial retainer is low retainer, but he is a very low quality attorney. He is just using clients to fund his vacation without doing any actual work and he barely knows how to use technology. Based on the facts of my case, I will be reporting him to the barr association. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AN ATTORNEY

Neal is amazing. He truly cares about his client and making sure his client is getting what's fair. He's extremely attentive, and so far, he's gone absolutely above and beyond for me in my custody battle/ divorce case, which has unfortunately gotten quite ugly. He listens and answers questions very thoroughly, but in a way, someone who's not an attorney can comprehend them and what's going on/ happening. Before even retaining Neal, he went to work for me finding out important information pertaining to my case, and that spoke volumes to me. This battle is far from over, but I'm beyond grateful to have found him and appreciate him to the fullest. Definitely 5 stars and HIGHLY recommend.

I hired this family attorney and my experience has not been the greatest. After taking my money for a service, this attorney does not respond to calls, texts or emails in a timely manner. He pushed my case to the back burner. He is very opinionated and was not looking to actually defend me. He did not have an interest to be on my side. I had initially explained to him what I was looking for (sole legal custody) of my child with valid reasons to defend my position and that was our initial agreement from the start. In court, he tried settling for joint custody during the hearing without speaking to me about it and asking for my consent. He portrait to be irresponsive, rude and just wants your money without putting much effort to defend you. He doesn't want to work! If you pay for a service, the expectations are for the lawyer to defend you to the best of his knowledge. I have the right to express my experience and share it to others. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. My case was obviously won from the start due to the legal reasons and nature of circumstances.

When my mom could no longer stay at home alone and needed long term care we were unsure what to do. We had so many questions and were getting so much different information it was difficult to sort through it all and know what was the right thing to do. Yale was able to explain it all and help us make the right choices for our mom and our family. Yale and his staff guided our family through the entire process from start to finish, suggesting and explaining the pros and cons of the different options presented to us, pointing out potential pitfalls we were not aware of, helping us work through the various financial questions concerning what my mom could and could not afford and ultimately guiding us through the Medicaid application process. Yale acted as an intermediary with the facility we ultimately chose for our mom as well as with the Medicaid office. I really don’t know that we could have done it without his guidance.

When you are dealing with family matters, you want someone that cares (I know I do!), and Neal is that lawyer. During the five months that Neal represented me, he responded to every email, every phone call. As a matter of fact, he even gave me his cellphone number so I could contact him any time. I remember being so desperate at the beginning that I would even cry on the phone, and this man was there for all of it. He listened to me and reassured me; he guided me, and most importantly, he showed me that my issue was important to him too. I have dealt with lawyers before, and I have to say that this was the first time I had a positive experience. I’ve felt before that they just care about how much money they can get from you, but Neal is very patient and empathetic, and when times are tough, that’s important. I don’t have enough words of gratitude to thank Neal for his support and his expertise. I highly recommend him.

Their firm does not try to apply "cookie cutter" solutions to delicate situations that may involve many family members. We have recommended Hauptman and Hauptman, P.C. time and time again.
