Robert Machi was an excellent lawyer. He helped us both sell a house and buy a new one. He walked us through all of the paperwork for both transactions, ensured we sold on the same day that we bought our new house and explained things along the way. He, quite literally, sent us/copied us on hundreds of emails ensuring that we were informed at every step. He and his office staff work (not quite...but it seems like) around the clock, so processed all requests extremely quickly--which is important when buying or selling a house. He even answered our questions after the same, which he didn't really have to do. If you're looking for a lawyer who is chatty and personably, he may not be for you; but if you're looking for someone who is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and competent, I have no hesitation in recommending him.
