No one ever wants to need a Family Lawyer, but when we did Bobby Epstein and his team at Ziegler, Zemsky, and Resnick, LLC were there for us and got us to our desired outcome—during a pandemic yet. Bobby’s expert knowledge of the law, his ability to communicate to us about said law, his honest assessment of our issue, his strategy, his skill in keeping the process on track, his willingness to Zoom meet when necessary, his relationships with others in the field, all of these things allowed us to feel confident we were in good hands. Beyond what has already been mentioned is the ability to be responsive. We never doubted where we stood, all our emails and phone calls were promptly returned which meant so much. This was the best experience and result for which we could have hoped.

I highly recommend Melissa Zemsky. She was supportive, professional and took the extra time to explain everything to me. I felt confident with her walking into the courtroom and was very pleased with the outcome. She also cared about me and my children and would call me off hours and not bill me. I have a very stressful relationship with the father of my daughters. The divorce/custody process was not nearly as stressful as it should have been, because my "advocate" had a very laid back approach, so I was not well prepared to fight for the best interest of my daughters. She will not push you to take extreme actions; she will facilitate productive conversations with the other parties, act quickly, find reasonable ways to resolve conflict and, importantly, be constantly available for you in case of questions. Needless to say that working with Ruth has been the most effective way of handling my co-parenting issues. After 5 years of discussions, motions and back and forth arguments, I feel like we are getting somewhere with the ongoing parenting relationship. Ruth has been instrumental for this!
