Pushing aside Sam's professionalism and his expertise in his field. He has a comforting demeanor. He has a background in finance, and was very knowledgeable in projecting what my needs would be in the future. Sam kept me informed and prepared me for what was likely to transpire. I had complete confidence in him. He did not disappoint ! Everything worked out exactly as he assured me it would. Aside from all the wonderfut professional things I can say about Sam..... Personally, He has such a good heart, you feel it the moment you meet him. He really cares. I'm glad I had him in my corner. He's the Best!!!

Sam Stoia represented me for almost a year during my divorce. When things got stressful and problems arose, Sam was always there to put out the fires. He was quick to call and/or email me back and extremely prepared in court. He has been very informative and knowledgeable throughout my entire case and made everything much easier on my end. Divorce is never easy. I have not only witnessed the tribulations from friends/family, but I have experienced them personally (parents divorced when I was in college). As a young newlywed who encountered issues beyond reconciliation, I realized that I needed to find an attorney that would not only give legal advice, but personal advice as well. This task in itself is seemingly difficult; after all, many people feel attorneys are salesman at first glance because they try hard to retain your business. After our initial consultation (actually, DURING), I knew Sam was going to be my attorney...he pulled no punches, spoke to me on a level that he zoned in on quite well (didn't speak down to me as though I was an incompetent and didn't speak to me in complete 'legalese'), and constantly kept me informed on every single issue. Knowing (and perhaps more importantly, caring) that I was struggling emotionally with the process, he would frequently call and email to ask how I was holding up. He would call or email prior to sending an email from the opposing counsel that he anticipated might put a damper on my day. It was small things like this...taking time out of his day to ensure I was dealing with the circumstances as best as possible...that set him apart from the thousands of other divorce attorneys. I was also pleasantly surprised when I received my first invoice. It was comforting to know that my wallet wasn't thinning after every single interaction.
