Judy Hartz is one of the best attorneys ever. She is smart, responsive and extremely competent. Definitely one of best!

This firm is horrible. All they want is your money without any good Intentions.

I went for a consultation with Ms. Hartz. It was an horrible experience. She left me sitting in the chair crying. Ms. Hartz is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson - a school that all the kids that I went to high school with that could not get into an regular tier school went to Fairleigh Dickinson - that is very unimpressive. I want my lawyer to be trained to think outside the box. This does not seem to be one of Ms. Hartz’s attributes. Ms. Hartz has no kids and seems very distant. Maybe she was scorned? How can she competently represent people in a divorce? There are better choices of family lawyers to choose from if you are going through marital problems.

I retained Kozyra & Hartz LLC. to handle a matter for me. The firm's overall handling of the matter was very disappointing. I would avoid retaining this firm at all costs. They do not conduct themselves as professionals at all, but rather self serving.

About 12 years ago I hired this awesome law firm for my divorce and Ms Hartz was my lawyer for my divorce. I am completely satisfied. Thank you.

Man where do I even begin. For years I’ve been trying to settle debt without seeing an end. Things just got worse at the beginning of the year. For months I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t concentrate on anything especially work because my financial history just wouldn’t let me. I finally decided that it was time to bury the past and try to move on. I spend hours and hours looking for a bankruptcy lawyer and just reading about bankruptcy altogether. Reading review after review I came across Stuart’s webpage. Something about Stuart that just felt right. I filled out the questionnaire on his website. I remember it was close to midnight since I couldn’t sleep. MIDNIGHT you guys....guess who emailed me right back within 10 minutes? Stuart, that’s who. He immediately gave me peace of mind and that would we would talk soon. Sure enough, we scheduled a meeting with my husband and just instantly worries started to go away. He’s a lawyer so he definitely will fight like one, but he genuinely cares and doesn’t judge you for your past mistakes. I never knew that it was possible for a lawyer to be caring. Stuart is your guy though. I’m glad I have him on my team. I hope I never ever get into financial issues ever again. He will educate you, tell you what you need to hear. He’s blunt and sometimes we honestly need that. However he will find the positives also. Stuart is the reason I can finally breath and sleep at night now. I highly recommend Stuart Nachbar to all that are suffering from financial difficulties and considering a Chapter 7 or 13. Stuart is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed our consultation, as it brought ease to know I was in the right hands! I can respectfully say he cares about his clients and it definitely shows in his work. My wife and I were drowning in debt , losing sleep and Stu was a realist with us. I’d rather have somebody be (real)then just lie and agree with you .
