Frank Luciano was ready to get to work as soon as he received my initial call. He was very forthcoming about the good and bad parts of my case, and what the process would generally look like moving forward. He made sure I was aware of each option available to me, and what those options would entail for me personally. This has been a lengthy process spanning almost an entire year, Frank has been available to walk me through it. He listened to every question I had, and answered them thoughtfully making sure I had an understanding of each step throughout this process. Frank Luciano is an honest, competent lawyer with a lot of experience under his belt. I appreciate the work he has done for me.

Frank P. Luciano did a great job helping to sell a home for my wife’s mother, after she had moved to an assisted living facility. He saw though an expected buyer’s attempt to slash the agreed-upon price by $5,000 at the last minute, crafted a strategy and launched a walk-out with the real estate broker and the homeowner’s daughter from the deal-closing meeting. The buyer changed his mind, called them back and agreed to a much smaller price accommodation. The sale was successfully closed.

Frank Sr. and Jr. are both incredible and I seriously dont know what I wouldve done without them in court today. I talked to about 8 lawyers before I found Frank and once I spoke to him, i could tell just by talking to him that he was the best out of them all. I'm obviously not going to get into why I needed them on here, but I'm glad I found them and I highly reccomend either of them to anyone who needs an honest, fair, and experienced lawyer. Frank Sr. was representing me and helped put my worries to the side, he reassured me I would be ok (which I am!). The day before my court date he got sick, so he sent his son, Frank Jr, to represent for me on his behalf. People, when Frank Jr told the judge he was there to represent me instead of Frank Sr, the judge literally said "You're Frank Luciano's son? I've had the honor of having Frank before me in my courtroom before. He is the most gentlemanly lawyer I have ever encountered and it's a pleasure to see you here today. How is he doing?" CLEARLY frank has an amazing reputation amongst the judges!!!! My judge was immediately more cheery after he heard the name of my lawyer!!!! Do you know how great that felt?? And yes, "gentlemanly" was the exact word he used. I remembered the words nearly verbatim because this was my first time in court and I was terrified. But I left relieved with an amazing deal!!! I dont plan on ever needing a lawyer again, but if I do, Frank is 10000000% my go-to. Seriously, if you need a good lawyer, GO TO FRANKS FIRM. He and his son are GOD SENDS.

Mr. Luciano helped me to finalize the purchase of my home in 2 days after my previous lawyer was hospitalized. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a real gentleman.
