He is reasonably priced and understanding of the outcome you are looking for. Barry is an attorney that works for you and not for his pocket. I would highly rate him as a professional in his field.

Barry is a great guy and a good attorney, I've used him in many real estate transactions and to form an LLC. Easy to talk to, get in touch with and has a large staff which someone will be able to help. His partner Stern of Guberman & Stern seems like a good attorney as well. I have not personally used her but my wife has, we are both Realtors by the way. Highly Recommended.
