We used Shira Frackt for our Last Will and Testament and Living Will. We found Shira to an excellent resource and very well prepared. We were considering trusts for our four grandchildren but Shira didn't advise that we do this since trusts can add to the cost. She recommended a different approach that did not increase the cost and would met our needs. Shira was always willing to speak with us over the phone as we had many questions and she did so on three occasions. When we came to the office to review the documents Shira patiently and methodicaly reviewed every paragraph. We never felt rushed. Look no further if you need estate and trust planning! I hired Kevin because I needed someone who could help with our tennant/landlord transition to become buyers or handle the fallout from another Jersey rental being sold and voiding our lease. I needed more than a closing real estate lawyer. I had originally posted a description of our experience with him that was unfavorable, but he responded to the notification and we talked through our need for more communication/hand holding.
