Upon speaking with him, I felt he was extremely competent and professional. We had a rocky experience with the home we were purchasing, but Eric stayed on the cautious side for our protection, and never rushed the transaction in any way, until he felt comfortable we were safe to do so. I’d definitely use him again in the future

Being a realtor I have worked with many different Attorneys. Working with the UHB Law Group, specifically Kevin Uniglicht, has been one of my best experiences to date. Eric Helman is a different breed of attorney. He seems to always be there for me before I realize I even need his assistance. He has been instrumental in guiding me along the right path. We had a great experience with Ian Bloom! He is very efficient with communicating and time management. Buying a house can be stressful, but he helped us to feel more relaxed throughout the process. When difficult situations arose he knew how to handle it in our best interest. He is honest and easy to get along with. During the busiest time of the year him and his team still make you feel like a priority. He's your guy!
