My husband was represented by Attorney Clancy. From day one he was honest and upfront with us. He set the expectation so we were not in the dark regarding time frame and outcome. Warning. Accepts your cases but never responds to your calls. It’s almost impossible to contact this man and get a response from them. They give you the run around and tell you that they will call you back but they never do. Do not trust them!

I hired John Borbi 10/2014. After having 3 diff consults with diff lawyers I was feeling upset and discouraged. So I made a post on FB asking for recommendations and explained a bit about what I have gone through.2 people recommended MrBorbi which was pretty impressive to me being he's over an hour away from where I live.So I called the office the girl that answered the phone was super sweet talk to me for about a half hour answered all my questions 1question I had she didntknow the answer to (it was a legal question for the attorney) she actually put me on hold for less than a min to find my answer -she found the answer came back and gave it to me -she was fantastic! So I felt some hope. So I made the apt. It's a little over an hour drive. I wound up getting lost even though they gave me excellent directions I decided to go with my GPS instead of their directions big mistake on my end! I called the office- I was lost they actually stayed on the phone with me until I got to the parking lot! And let me just add that I'm not used to driving far since a while back I had abad car accident and I have anxiety driving that far-she helped me so much that it took away my anxiety. So now I'm really impressed! I walk into the office and I am blown away at how beautiful-unique and totally spotless (I'm talking white glove spotless) the office was. I literally did not see one speck of dust or crumb NOTHING! TOTALLY IMPRESSED! I'm greeted by exc staff that made me feel so comfortable talking with me. I only waited about 5 min for Mr Borbi to come greet me with a big smile shook my hand n had me follow him to his office. He offered me coffee/water and actually something to eat!! I couldn't believe it.We get into his office and again I'm so impressed with the cleanliness and uniqueness of his office.He sat with me for way longer then I thought I would be there (I was asking so many questions lol) answering EVERY question I had-very detailed about EVERYTHING! He was amazing- kind- considerate- he really listened to me and explained everything.I was missing some of my medical records and he had me sign a paper 2 get my records and had them in hand b4 I left! They work so fast and def don't mess around! So he told me I had a great case and he would love to represent me! He explained right up front his fees in detail. I'm not one to EVER hire anyone right on the spot like I did and I'm soo grateful I did! He worked his butt off 4 me! I was totally impressed! And it takes ALOT for me to feel that way! I knew it would take a couple yrs because I was still receiving treatments for my injuries AND like I stated earlier Mr Borbi was very honest and up front with me about EVERYTHING!! He even gave me his personal number- I was having issues with my email So he wanted to make sure if i needed him I could. EVERY time (which was A LOT) I reached out to him and he ALWAYS got back to me quickly- even when he was on vacation! So during the time the case was going on he kept me informed in detail about everything! So now fast forward a bit. We get to arbitration and he kicked ass! He really got them to listen and hear him and they recommended a lower amount then he thought we should take. So then a few weeks later went in front of a judge and he was very professional while really fighting and going to bat for me and got the number that the arbitrators suggested higher. I was so happy and impressed with his professionalism and determination. He really showed he truly cared n would fight to the end to get me what he thought I deserved! He never gave up! He really fights for his clients! You would think he was fighting for his own family.He's very sincere- considerate- very detailed- professional and def the best of the best!!! So now I get the settlement papers to sign and everything he told me about his fees and what I was gettinwas exactly on cue! I very highly recommend John Borbi in Marlton NJ! And I know this sounds silly but I kind of miss interacting with him because he's so pleasant to talk to and work with! I feel blessed to have found him!
