Our 18-year-old son had his first brush with the law. A good kid that made a poor choice, and we were worried about the consequences and lost opportunities that would follow. After we explained the situation, William Fay made sure we understood the charges, walked us through all of the options and possibilities, patiently answered all of our questions, and put our minds at ease that we were in good hands. He was professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and communicated thoroughly so that we understood each step of the process and were prepared for our court date. Everything ran smoothly and we attained the ideal result – the charges were dismissed. Hopefully we won't need an attorney again anytime soon, but if we do, he's our guy. Highly recommend.
