I recently came to know Andy Finberg after having won my car accident case because of the mound of bill's that I would not be able to repay. I was initially afraid of filing for a chapter 13 bankruptcy however, that was quickly diffused by Mr. Finberg. He explained everything to the fullest of details and provided scenarios of prior cases. The level of professionalism, the way he puts your needs as priority shows that he truly cares and has the beat interest of his clients. I cant begin to tell you how I drilled him with questions and scenarios, by all means i may have been one of the difficult clients and through the entire process he made himself available to my husband and myself to answer any and all questions to put our concerns to rest. The outcome of my chapter 13 was one that was of total surprise since I did not expect to get back the amount of money I did from my chapter 13 bankruptcy after having to give up the majority of the money I had received from my accident case. Andrew Finberg and his team of professionals saved us . Our deepest darkest time financially seemed hopeless . We walked into his office and with in moments saw hope . They are always there to answer all of our questions ( even what may seem silly but have to be asked ) I never felt judged and highly recommend this office. Even if you just go for a consult . Andy and his staff were consistently pleasant, professional and compassionate during each step of my bankruptcy.
