They have been so very difficult. They have been so very expensive. They charge for being on hold. So when I called I was put on hold for 9 minutes only talked for 3 minutes and was charged well over $100. They have been withholding my deposit for months from me and have been refusing to respond to my emails or calls. Thell awnser but just keep saying it'll be back in a week and nothing happens. They have awful communication. They Intentionally disregarded multiple communications with me to discontinue service but I was charged for the lawyer pleading with me to stay with thier firm. I was charged for paralegals and the lawyers on top of each other which made no sense. And the notes the lawyer sent to the paralegals to complete paperwork were apparently so lacking in information I had to start from the beginning with a Paralegal. SO I WAS CHARGED AGAIN FOR REEXPLAINING MYSELF EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING IS IN EMAIL. They have neglected my calls and my emails. I feel so utterly taken advantage of by awful awful people trying to scam money from a single mother and treat me like I'm stupid for asking questions. I hope Noone in any sort of a vulnerable situation goes to them. They only want to waste time, resources, and get paid WAY MORE than the work they actually do

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. This "Law Office" served my family the DAY before my Father-in-Law's funeral. A lawsuit that is frivolous and completely pointless, they did not perform their due diligence to see if any of those involved are deceased or not. When we called to speak to either attorney we were directed to the paralegal, we left a message but no one has gotten back to us. Distasteful and completely unprofessional, no one here knows how to do their job nor do they pay attention to any fine details of the lawsuit. How dare you serve papers to a dead man the day before his funeral.

Dana Bookbinder is Professional, kind , courteous and focused. She helped me through the complicated Medicaid process for a special family member. She reassured me when I was beginning to doubt myself. She always answered my emails in a timely manner. She must work all the time, because I would get emails from her that were timestamped 1 am. I am so thankful for all of her help.

He cares most about you and what is best for you and your children. He is not the type of lawyer that just wants your money. He is more concerned about solving your problems before you even retain him. I highly recommend!
