Our experience with Joe Costa was extremely positive. We were concerned with the rising cost of our long term care insurance and sought his guidance. His insurance specialist sat in with us and he also recommended someone who helped greatly in reducing our cost .He went through our papers and discovered that our Durable Power of Attorney and our Designation of Health Care Proxy as written would have caused us big problems down the road. His explanations were very clear. He rewrote those documents. His secretary Barbara is very warm and inviting adding to the comfort of the visits.

Joe, Lauren and staff are excellent to work with going through the Medicaid process. I am POA for my mother-in-law, simply because no one else would! Her children do not speak to her for good reason. Saying she is difficult is an understatement. Her look back period was anything but typical, including a corporation she had. At times, it seemed impossible to get the documentation needed to be approved but Joe and Lauren walked me through step by step and made it bearable. If they had not been so flexible and on top of every single transaction and keeping it positive for me! I can honestly say I would absolutely have given up on approval, but they did not give up and we finally achieved the goal. I sincerely cannot tell you how this will improve my mother in law's experience as she grows old in her new home. I am eternally grateful for their tenacity and professionalism.
