Emerson Dickman and Kim Ventresco did a wonderful job of helping me navigate OOD options with our school district. They helped me find the appropriate resources and consultant for my son as well as ensuring the district helped pay for the educational environment that my son requires. I chose Emerson because the attention afforded my situation was perfect and the cost was reasonable.

My wife and I have an adult daughter with Williams Syndrome. As with most parents of children with special needs, our concerns as we age begin to focus on what happens after we're gone. I hired Mr. Dickman to help create a new will for my ailing widower father. He was compassionate, effective and communicative, and reasonably priced. I'm currently hiring Melanie Ritter in his firm to help me navigate my father's estate. I'm having the same positive and secure experience. I would recommend Mr. Dickman's firm in a heartbeat.

We hired Emerson when our son's school district would not pay for an out of district placement which was clearly a necessity. Emerson walked us through the process and he and his office were always responsive to our questions and concerns. He is highly knowledgeable about children with special needs and was an incredible advocate for our son. He has a calm and friendly demeanor with everyone he speaks with making what could be an adversarial situation less so.
