We previously used Dan to buy an apartment and sell another in 2019. He was really excellent.
When we sold our apartment in 2023 we again turned to Dan. He made the whole closing process so easy, taking care of everything. He goes the extra mile every time.
So three separate times I’ve used Dan’s services and when I buy another house, I will for sure be calling Dan.

My wife and I have an adult daughter with Williams Syndrome. As with most parents of children with special needs, our concerns as we age begin to focus on what happens after we're gone. Dan Shlufman "held my hand" from the outset of selling my apartment until we closed. He clarified any language that was technical, and was patient in making sure that my questions were answered. During the closing, he was really helpful. Everything had been organized and went smoothly and quickly. He wound up offering his help to the buyer's attorney as well! I was very satisfied with his availability and extensive knowledge and he also has a pleasant and easy going personality. I highly recommend Dan Shlufman.
