Dan recommended to us by our real estate agent to assist with sale of a coop unit in NYC. This was complicated because the seller was my elderly parent and we now both live at a distance, plus the challenges with a pandemic. Dan was highly professional, efficient and thorough. He was fully available and answered all questions promptly. I had never engaged in a deal like this - he guided us through the entire process. He and his associate Laura arranged for all necessary documents and assured all was in order. Dan then led us to a successful closing. I am extremely pleased with Dan’s work on this deal and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dan for making it happen!
