Dan is, quite simply, one of the highest quality professionals I have worked with, period. My wife and I ran into a seemingly insurmountable obstacle on the day of our closing. Dan attacked a problem which neither the bank's nor the title company's lawyers could overcome, and had it resolved in a matter of hours. His work was truly super-human. His legal knowledge, communication throughout the closing process, and willingness to fight on your behalf make him the only person you should use to represent you in a real estate transaction.

Handled my property tax appeal during Covid. Won the appeal. Fees were reasonable compared to other firms.

I cannot say enough about the great job that Dan did on my deal. The seller was a bank and very uncooperative, but Dan managed them extremely well and was able to make the deal happen. If it wasn’t for him and his persistence, knowledge and talent this deal would have never gone through. To say that I recommend him would be an understatement!

I had worked with Marissa and I have to say, she answered all my questions before I could even ask them. I never had to push or press to get something done. We had closed on our first home and because of her attentiveness, excitement, and all around knowledge, I couldn’t understand why people felt buying a home was stressful. Full disclosure, I know Dan personally on a casual basis, which can be good or concerning when fully disclosing your personal finances to someone. That being said, I used to own a mortgage company in another state and I have very high expectations from someone handing my personal business. My personal impression of Dan has always been very high, both to his integrity and the way he expresses his perspective. So, I approached him and asked for him to complete a refi for me. He was very professional and also highly knowledgeable of current programs and guidelines. He was communicative throughout the process. We got a great rate with minimal fees and an easy process. Highly recommended!
