Dan Shlufman "held my hand" from the outset of selling my apartment until we closed. He clarified any language that was technical, and was patient in making sure that my questions were answered. During the closing, he was really helpful. Everything had been organized and went smoothly and quickly. He wound up offering his help to the buyer's attorney as well! I was very satisfied with his availability and extensive knowledge and he also has a pleasant and easy going personality. I highly recommend Dan Shlufman.
