Worked with attorney Shlufman for the first time on the recent sale of my property and the purchase of another. Both could not have gone better. The sale was a fairly straight forward NYC co-op apartment sale. The purchase was of an old house with multiple sellers and more complicated. Again the process went very well. Daniel's experience, insight, and suggestions all were very spot on and helpful. I'd recommend Daniel in a heartbeat.

Daniel is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend him as your real estate expert attorney and mortgage broker. Daniel helped me purchase an apartment in NYC. He was responsive and courteous in all his communications, and when i hit a personal issue that could have derailed the purchase at the last minute, Daniel recommended a solution that allowed me to complete the purchase successfully.
