I called for a consultation and he was nothing but rude. I couldn't even properly explain what my issue was without him interrupting me and cutting me off. He tried to make me feel stupid and then tried mansplaining to me. No way in hell would I waste my time with someone who can't even be respectful over the phone.

Mr. Mark Silber has helped me with my issue with my vehicle purchase. From the start to the finish, he is truly one of the best attorney I’ve met so far. I was referred to him, I’m so lucky have Mark as my attorney to handle my case. The world needs more attorneys like him around. I couldn’t have handled my case with him.

Well from the time we walked into his office we felt totally at ease. Mark has a way with people and the Legal knowledge to make every customer comfortable about the process. A friend recommended him when we were considering bankruptcy. He and his secretary were thorough and knowledgeable. Mark then took us thru the process and we got a result we could live with.

I am a former client of Mark Silber and I would like to submit a recommendation to anyone in need of a bankruptcy attorney. I definitely did not want to have to file for bankruptcy and with that attitude I met Mark Silber for the first time. Mark spent a considerable amount of time and carefully explained all options available to me, we came to an agreement on the cost and Mark took care of the amazing amount of paperwork required to complete the bankruptcy application. Mark always promptly responded to all my questions regarding my bankruptcy filing. Both Mark and his very capable assistant, Lori, were at my bankruptcy hearing. I was surprised by how quickly the entire bankruptcy process was completed. A bankruptcy is an extremely difficult process to deal with on an emotional level as well, recently my condo association decided to send me payment coupons with my name, followed by “post bankruptcy” printed on the envelope as well as on the payment coupons. In my community, the mail is habitually misdirected, so frequently people here just correct the mail, by delivering it to the right person/address themselves. The overall effect is that a mailing label becomes a public statement that is seen by more than the addressee shown on the mailing label. I believe that the payment coupons, themselves were professionally printed, so adding to my public shaming would be everyone at the printer shop where these labels were processed. When I approached the office manager of my condo association, I did not initially receive any indication that they were sorry about revealing what I believe should be confidential information. Needless to say I have been extremely embarrassed that my bankruptcy status has been publically highlighted by this Association. The fact that my financial situation deteriorated to the point where my only option was to file bankruptcy caused me to experience more than a monetary loss. I have a considerable degree of emotional anguish in having this situation occur in my life; for that reason, I have not listed even my first name in this review. I absolutely encourage anyone in a financial crisis to seek an experienced, reliable attorney and speak frankly about very personal financial matters. I am very glad that I had Mark Silber’s representation for this very serious financial problem.
