#1, always!

I stopped by one day to pick up a check and I could hear a man on the other side of the door yelling that "this office has been a nightmare to deal with". He summed that up quite nicely and kudos to him for saying it straight to someone's face. I have several grievances, but a good example of how disinterested this man was in doing his job was when he asked me the same simple question four times (three through e-mail, once in person) and every time I answered, he would just ignore it and ask me again. Once in the same e-mail chain, which makes me think he's just living in Candyland inside of his head. And speaking of that check, he never told me there was a check in the first place and then e-mailed me "We still have your check. Our understanding was that you were picking up." ???????????? Still? You still have the check you didn't tell me about? Of course you do. He also neglected to forward a pertinent e-mail so I was last minute informed through an automated text that the people buying my house would be coming the next day to dig up my yard for an oil tank. All of this is not to touch on the fact that I didn't even -choose- him, my real estate agent shoved me off on him in a really shady way, and maybe that's not his fault (or maybe it's an arrangement between the two, who knows). Anyway zero out of ten, do not recommend unless you have some fetish about being made to feel like a nuisance and an idiot.

Lawyer is mediocre at best if you need representation for a home purchase or sale. When discussing specifics with him, I would often get unclear answers, and I found he wasn't always detail oriented enough when it came to following up on my concerns with the other party. Not sure if such lawyers are mainly driven to doing the minimum to get the deal closed.

Great and a lot helpful attorney. David helped me throughout my home buying process starting from the time my offer was accepted right throughout closing. Being my first time buying a home, David was kind enough to explain the entire process in detail from the paperwork side, which is a lot, in my.first ever home buying process.

We have used David Sachs as our personal attorney for a number of years. He greatly helped us as we navigated real estate deals-buying our current home and recently selling a rental property. We had a number of questions as we were selling during the Covid-19 pandemic. He always responded to our inquiries and provided strong guidance that helped us see our deal through to a successful closing. We would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone.

I just closed a house buying process with David Sachs as my attorney, and I highly recommend working with him. If I can think of 3 attributes of David, it would be 1- thorough 2-upstanding 3-dry humor. I've worked with multiple real estate attorneys and he's the most thorough and will advocate on your behalf, no fluff when it comes to business and negotiating with the opposing lawyer. Although his is the most expensive service that I used, I genuinely believe that you get what you paid for, and since this buying/selling is not something that one does often, it's worth paying for service that you could trust and rely on. I would work with him again. One more thing - if you meet and talk to him, he's actually funny and easy going when it's not business.
