We need more lawyers like Howard M. Weinstein. He is kind, with clients' interests at heart. He is a good communicator, knowledgeable of the law, sharp, perceptive, and persistent. His type is rare. I am so thankful to him for helping me out of false and malicious allegations from my administrator. God used him to give me this great victory. I would recommend him over and over.

We hired Howard to represent my daughter who received (what we believed to be excessive) traffic violations as a result of a car accident. Before we even hired him, Howard took the time to explain the process and told us what needed to be done not only to try to reduce the violation but also to protect us from future liability. When I got that middle-of-the-night phone call that my son was in jail, charged with 3 criminal offenses and 5 motor vehicle violations, I was filled with panic and anxiety. I received a ticket after I turned left out of the Michael's parking lot in East Hanover onto the side road. I didn't realize that violation would result in 3 points. Mr. Weinstein negotiated with the prosecutor on my behalf and had it reduced to a no point violation. Thank you!
