I can't say enough good things about Peter, our real estate attorney! With his help, we managed to buy a house in a really competitive market, and it was smooth sailing all the way. Peter went to bat for us, fighting hard to make sure our interests were always front and center. We trust him wholeheartedly because he knows his stuff inside out. Plus, he's super quick to respond to emails and calls, which made the whole process feel like a breeze. It's clear that Peter has a deep understanding of real estate transactions, and his knowledge gave us a lot of confidence. We hired Peter right after making an offer on a house in Short Hills, NJ. That was just before the virus pandemic and the ensuing lock down. What a crazy experience. Owing to Peter, we were able to work with him through loan application, title search, survey, inspection etc. Peter calmed us down with his detailed explanation and timely communication with each involved party even though every one worked remotely and followed social distance rules along with masks, gloves and sanitizer. We were so lucky to eventually make the closing date. This has to be historical.

The process of buying a home can be intimidating and downright confusing, especially for first time homebuyers like we were. With a lawyer like Peter, you don’t have to worry about a thing. No matter how early, late, or day of the week, his responses were always lightning fast. We were never ever left confused or wondering. Attorney review lasted a mere few hours for us, and went off without a hitch. He found us a great title company as well. The entire process literally could not have gone more smoothly, and that’s because of Peter. He was extremely accommodating throughout the process as well, whether that meant jumping on a last minute call, or traveling to us for the closing. Peter was so great to work with. We bought a home in a very competitive market so moving quickly was critical. Peter was SO responsive and always there for us. Peter was such a great communicator and took the time to walk us through all the details point by point. He is fun to work with too! He’s a funny guy and really seems to love his job. We were always so refreshed when we got to talk to Peter after the typical headaches of dealing with everyone you deal with during a home purchase. Finally Peter really knows his stuff. He used to be involved in lending so he knew a couple special details on the offer contract that helped us get extra protection. Couldn’t recommend Peter more.

We hired Peter Kreiner for a buy and sell real estate transaction, and he is by far the best attorney we’ve worked with. In the attorney review period he took time to explain all parts of our contract and the required edits. He worked with the other side to get the settlement dates we needed. He demonstrated clear expertise and was happy to push back on the other sides lawyers if they were unreasonable. Peter was also generous with his time throughout the process, always returning calls and emails promptly and reminding all parties to take action at proper times. This was a big contrast to our past real estate attorney experiences, when we would sometimes wait days for call backs and get little transparency. Above and beyond his services as a lawyer, Peter had great advice about the inspection process and recommended some excellent vendors (important in the purchase of an old townhouse). He even recommended an alternative mortgage broker who was able to get us a much better mortgage rate! I very much recommend Peter. Real estate transactions can be overwhelming and stressful, and Peter was a massive help to us the whole way.
