Such a horrible experience. The receptionists are extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable of anything going on. We paid for services and J. Foerst is unwilling to help look into why things are moving along. Stay away!!!!! Make sure to read reviews because I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience.

James almost killed the deal twice, putting assumptions that the buyer wouldn't be able to purchase a home without a grant. Including the other parties on emails that did not "need to know" . After the contract was canceled, made sure the buyers initial deposit was sent to him so that he could extract $750 first for his "services". Most of the questions were answered by the agent but he gets paid. Not to mention he charges way more than other real estate attorneys, charging $1850. Ridiculous for his "service". Others on his team like Abigail are much better but I wouldn't use him again!

Very great experience. James and his team did an awesome job with my closing. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as should. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Spector Foerst & Associates again.
