When we bought our house in Piscataway 13 years ago, Peter Balsamo was the sellers attorney. Even being on the opposing side of the table then, the negotiations went smoothly, imo due to the experience and expertise of the attorneys. We hired Peter to purchase a condominium. then sell my parents home, then transfer the condo to my parents. Peter was top notch. Peter assisted me in selling my mother's home that has been vacant for over a year and not updated since the 70's, I had 5 buyers walk away due to different issues with the house and one was not able to obtain a mortgage. Some issues in the house included replacing the septic, mold, a leak in the family room, etc. It took a year to finally sell the home and Peter stuck by me every step of the way.
