I hired Mr. Daniel Hoberman over a year and a half ago when I was served with a lawsuit. Dan was recently able to settle the case and did a tremendous job litigating for me. He has a clear understanding of New Jersey law and was able to discuss all facets of the case in layman's terms helping us to make sound decisions and eventually achieve excellent results. When hiring an Attorney to represent you, a myriad of questions go through your mind....will he be able to...will he look to see if....I hope that he can...I'm sure that this is not difficult...Does he have the experience necessary to...., etc. etc., etc. After the mental wrestling over these and many more questions, the FINAL one remains in front of you.
