Andy was able to work through complicated contract for me and his advice was was very timely and helpful

I hired Mr. Rubin for two matters. One was a litigation against a national bank and he litigated a successful settlement. The second was to finalize a settlement granting me title to my home which two attorneys had failed to achieve. He worked methodically and diligently, and with outside experts, and was able to resolve all issues, finalize the settlement and reduce liens.
