I originally used Ben I believe is 2006 to sell a house in Medford Lakes. I was transferring out of state and he made it very easy to deal with even though I was not close. When I moved back to NJ and wanted to purchase a condo, I used Ben again and the process was just as smooth. In 2011 I moved outof state again and used Ben to sell my condo. And finally just this year I had to move my father from NJ to NH to be closer to me. I put his home up for sale and Ben was extremely helpful. And my sale got complicated when my father passed away between contract signing and closing. Ben was very helpful in navigating through both the power of attorney side and the probate side. He also knew when he was out of his expertise and suggested I talk to an estate lawyer in both NH and C NJ (needed given the situation)

Ben represented us for our home purchase in Moorestown, NJ. We were moving from PA which hasa totally different real estate purchase process than NJ and Ben did a great job walking us through all the ins and outs of buying in NJ. Both Mr. Dash and his team of paralegals were an incredible help when we bought our home. They fought for us every step of the way, helped arrange an escrow account when necessary repairs ended up being a roadblock, and argued against any possible actions that would further delay our closing, which had already been postponed. We were basically homeless when, with our combined persistence, we managed to secure an actual date and time to settle. No doubt we would have had to stay in a cheap hotel much longer without the efforts of Mr. Dash to bring an end to this nightmare of a closing, but we are finally situated in our new house.
