My wife and I worked with Mr. Apell for a somewhat complicated real estate transaction. Mr. Apell and his staff expertly guided us through the process, took their time with us, and were always there for us. They were the silver lining through a difficult process. In the end, we got our house! We could not be happier and are grateful to the entire office. We attended a free seminar and then decided to work with Russ Nesevich and his team ! It was a great decision! He explained all our options, was patient and professional . He completed all our legal documents and we now have peace of mind ! Should have done this years ago!

After attending an on line seminar on estate planning with Mr Nesevich . He presented a clear and detailed outline on what options and why estate planning is so important for everyone.
I called for appt, detailed discussion with member of the firm, everyone was so helpful to my situation etc and got all documents completed in a timely and correct manner.

Nesevich Law helped my parents get their estate in order. They responded quickly to my inquiry for information, set up a consult with a lawyer, and executed all of the documents that we needed in a timely manner. While my fiancé and I are still in the works with the Posternock-Appell group, I just want to say that our time dealing with them thus far has been great.
