We just finished doing our Will with Russ. It was a great experience. It’s something that Most people don’t want to do (including us) but he made the process easy and helped to get us through some of the tough decisions by explaining everything. Would definitely recommend him to others looking for help with this very important process.

Russ Nesevich did our will, trust, and other estate planning. He was excellent. He created a well thought out and comprehensive package in a very reasonable amount of time. He answered our questions thoroughly and was well versed in all the details. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family.

Russ was very patient answering all our questions and made sure we understood our documents. We never felt rushed and he gave us his undivided attention.

When my Mother passed away my sister and I took on everything ourselves...in the process of selling her condo we came across an issue that we needed help with. We reached out to Russ and he said since we had done 95% of the work already he didn’t feel that we needed to hire him. He walked us through how to take care of the problem ourselves. If we could do it all over again we would have hired Russ from the very beginning . It would have made our lives so much easier and saved us lots of time and aggravation. I never do reviews online but in this case I felt absolutely compelled to do so.

I first met Russ at an estate planning seminar that we attended in Moorestown, NJ. From there we decided to have him create estate planning documents for ourselves. Russ makes sure he has a clear understanding of what we needed even before he started writing out the documents for us. When he completed them we had another meeting to go over the documents to ensure they stated what our intentions were. After a COVID delay we had an opportunity to get them signed and were extremely happy with the way they were presented to us. After this we decided to have additional documents created for us and they were created and given to us right there in the office. Same day service, you just cannot beat that! He is very fair pricewise and I am sure that we had made the correct decision with him! He is highly recommended and I am willing to refer him to anyone who needs an attorney. I am sure to keep his number close by for any of our needs.

Russ made the whole process very easy. He was great to work with, very professional and responsive. I would definitely work with him again for anything that comes up in the future!

We contacted Russ with Nesevich Law based on a referral from a friend and couldn't be happier with our choice and the results. We were looking for an estate planning attorney to write our wills and all that goes along with it. We explained that our schedules were very busy, and Russ didn't hesitate to offer to come to our home for the initial consult and then later for the final signing of all the paperwork. Russ was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire process of working with him. He made what I initially thought would be a tiresome and complicated process incredibly easy to understand and navigate. No doubt I'd recommend his services to anyone soliciting legal counsel, and would certainly, if need be, work with him again for anything else I might need in the future!
