We contacted Russ with Nesevich Law based on a referral from a friend and couldn't be happier with our choice and the results. We were looking for an estate planning attorney to write our wills and all that goes along with it. We explained that our schedules were very busy, and Russ didn't hesitate to offer to come to our home for the initial consult and then later for the final signing of all the paperwork. In between, we were in contact as much as necessary mostly via email and an occasional phone call. Russ explained the entire process from the beginning and patiently answered all our questions throughout. We feel that Russ was extremely knowledgeable, tactful, patient, and responsive every step of the way. His firm was the second that we considered, after having a difficult experience with another who seemed to have difficulty responding and communicating with us (and wanted to charge a substantial fee at the initial meeting before we even made a decision). I fully trust and highly recommend Nesevich Law, and Russ in particular, for estate planning needs.

Russ was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire process of working with him. He made what I initially thought would be a tiresome and complicated process incredibly easy to understand and navigate. I contacted Russ Nesevich, to redo our will and other estate planning documents. He replied very promptly and explained the whole process. Due to the pandemic we did most of it on conference calls, and exchanging emails. Russ was very professional and took his time going over all the details in the documents. I wanted Mr. Nesevich to incorporate a property deed into my wife's and my revocable trust, a relatively easy job. He agreed to do this back in June for $300. He was sent a copy of the trust, and between June and August I contacted him several times about his progress in completing the work. My last call to him was in August and he told me then he couldn't obtain the deed over the internet because it was too old. I wish he had called me sooner and told me that ; however, I informed him that I had a copy of the deed and would email it to him, which I did. He emailed me back and said he would contact me in a couple of days which he didn't do. I finally called his office, fired him and got another attorney. I wasted 3 months with this guy and I think he strung me along because there wasn't enough money involved. Bruce Smith
