Very thorough and well organized operation. I attended a free dial-in seminar on estate planning given by Mr. Nesevich, and was very impressed. Clearly knowledgeable on the topic, and presented it in an easy to understand manner. Very open to questions and showed a genuine interest in solving a client’s problem, and not just filling in boxes. I was looking for someone to handle matters associated with my MIL estate planning, and he was clearly a good fit. We had multiple telephone interviews with his paralegals where we presented the facts of my MIL situation and her desires, answered their questions, and, with that prep, we had the telephone interview with one of the attorneys, in our case, Mr. Nesevich. Drafts of the resulting documents were prepared for our review and approval, and finally we met in person with him for the signing. All the documents were in a ring binder with dividers and sections for other associated papers, to make it easier for anyone handling the estate. Recommend, without reservation.

Nesevich's video conference was very informative and helpful. After watching the video, my partner and I decided to hire his firm to do our Estate Planning Will and Testament. I referred a few friends and neighbor and encouraged everyone to get this done early in life before it's too late.
