We trusted this firm to help us protect our families trust. This is not what happened. We would go for long periods of time not hearing anything about the case. We would always have to email for a follow ups and then got billed for it. We had overwhelming proof that the other party was guilty and we had to settle . We had to pay out of pocket and the other party was able to use the trust for litigation costs. We had to be our own attorney with this firm.

After viewing a number of webinars on estate planning, we decided to work with Russ Nesevich. The approach his firm took to create the plan was by far the easiest and clearest that we had heard. We had two meetings by phone, reviewed drafts and met in person for final signatures. The process took about 3 weeks and the cost was reasonable.

Russ Nesevich was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable who made a difficult situation for us seem easy. He conveyed lots of experience in his field and answered all our questions to make us comfortable with our choices.The results were a thorough, understandable, and accomodating estate plan that provides us with peace of mind. Very personable and professional

We used this firm for a trust litigation. They were no match for Archer and Greiner! Our first attorney left seven months into the case. We were never notified . We were given an attorney that was with the firm for 2 weeks. They tried to bill us to catch him up. We had not heard from the new attorney and he apologized in a email explaining he was taking his step daughter trick or treating. We always had to email for updates. Tried to freeze the trust assets early on. The attorney said we could do it but it would be hard. Our trust was drained until the end. We were told about Zoom court sometimes 1 hour ahead of time. We as a family worked harder than the attorney.
