Kathleen helped me in a difficult situation. She was always prepared and made sure I knew what was expected every step of the way in a contentious divorce. I could not have asked for a better attorney. She is the Best!

Katie was not prepared for any hearing. She did not prepare for the divorce hearing at all. I lost everything I put into my marriage. I cannot afford to get a place of my own and often have to sleep in a garage. Her forensic person was even worse. Completely unprofessional and not prepared. Stay away.

I feel blessed to have had Kathleen in my corner when she handled my case almost 14 years ago. Katie made a very difficult time as good as it could possible and achieved the outcome I needed. Katie cares about her clients and it shows in her efforts and results. A++++

If I could give Katie 100 stars I would. I’m shocked someone gave one star, as I had an incredible experience with her during my divorce. She’s always reachable, attentive, and a true fighter and advocate. I’d recommend (and have recommended) to anyone I know who needs a champion.

I found Katie at the recommendation of a highly esteemed collegue of hers. She was a true blessing. I was going through a traumatic, devastating and truly bizarre custody battle and from the moment I met her she was honest and told me that she agreed . She couldn't believe the injustice she was seeing and would not stop until she got my son home. And she didn't. It was not an easy or quick process and she certainly did not do it for the money. She did what was just. My family will be forever indebted to her and her entire team who made us feel supported and truly cared for every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about her. I only wish I had used her for my initial divorce. I will recommend her to anyone as long as I know they are looking for someone ethical and honest. She is both emphathetic and sharp as nails. AND we were closing our case as COVID-19 was shutting down the world. I honestly did not know there were lawyers like her in existence. This was as complicated a case as you can get.

We were in a terrible way, our only son had passed away and our ex daughter in law remarried and didn't want us to see our only grandchild. The entire firm listened to us, gave us the facts and presented our case to the courts; keeping us in the loop with every development. It was a long tedious process , but the court ruled in our favor. We are of the belief that Kathleen made the difference and we are eternally grateful to her and the entire firm.

Katie fought hard for me during my divorce and accomplished great results for me, not only financially but regarding my children as well. She is a phenomenal, compassionate and aggressive attorney. She is down to earth and always makes herself available to her clients. I could not have made it through such a difficult time in my life without her. I have referred many friends and family to her and they were also very happy. I cannot say enough about having her on your side.

Please do not use this attorney unless your case is very straightforward. She cannot handle difficult cases and was intimidated by my ex-husband. She has NO CONCEPT of verbal, emotional or financial abuse. She is on vacation at least once monthly and is very careless in her preparation. Several mistakes were made in my divorce and I was left homeless and close to bankruptcy. If you have a high conflict divorce, please find someone who knows and understands what you need. Definitely not her.

From the second I met her.. I simply felt safe! She's a smart, straight shooter, who doesn't try n give you false hope or make promises she can't keep. I came to her scared to death and afraid I was for sure going to lose custody of my only child as well as a facing a TRO based on untrue and inaccurate facts. Now that she is representing me the fight to come is getting less and less terrifying as we take things in an organized, methodical manner.. one step at a time and prepare to fight the good fight. If you're looking for some back alley lawyer that'll fight dirty using lies and deception up win your case then she might not be the lawyer for you but if you trust in her.. Are honest from the start with her.. This woman will march through any trench side by side with you..
