Mr. Jeff Appel, Esq. and his team are to be considered above a 5 star rating! Based on a recent endeavor that this top notch group of professionals guided and supported my husband and myself through, we successfully avoided a near disaster heading into our retirement years. In short, what we thought was our dream retirement home failed the home inspection miserably! All items needing repair/ replacement could never have been seen during a typical walk through a home. Repairs would have cost upwards of tens of thousands of dollars, not the dream home after all. Mr. Apell stayed in close contact with us from the onset of our purchasing process through to the finalization of the withdrawing process. We felt secure in knowing he and his team were working in our best interest. We are looking forward to working with them again soon to celebrate a successful closing on our dream retirement home.

I met Russ @ a free in-person event he hosted in Moorestown. He reviewed & clearly explained the products & needs for estate planning & even answered attendees questions. Russ was very personable & accomodating in helping my grandmother recover after losing the patriarch of our family. He was essential in puttings things in place to make things easier for us regarding her affairs. Being able to work in NJ & PA was important for us. Responsiveness & customer service were great. Very easy to work with

All aspects of preparing all of my documents were explained prior to making my selections. Documentation was done quickly and precisely accordingly and signoff was very easy due to clear and concise instructions. Highly recommend them to anyone planning their estate documentation.
