Used this law firm for personal business and can’t say enough so prompt and professional advice worked with Theresa who explained every thing in detail

I'm sure there are many real estate attorneys out there who know the law, but the reason that my wife and I are now in our new home is because in addition to being an expert in the law, our attorney, Jeff Apell, has great instincts and knows how to talk to people. We hired Jeff to represent us in a real estate closing. It was supposed to be uneventful and garden-variety. It turned out to be anything but. The buyer of the home we were selling showed up unprepared to close. He was in breach, but Jeff understood that this buyer remained our best option to get into the home we were purchasing. The closing wound up being delayed by one business day. In the interim, Jeff used his contacts and worked the phones to the buyer's lender to expedite the processing of the loan. Jeff demonstrated exceptional situation awareness and understood how and when to transition from sending the buyer a strongly-worded demand letter to making a friendly phone call. The situation required experience and finesse and Jeff got it done. This is to say nothing of the excellent service he provided to us in terms of his counsel, reassurance, and communication. I believe that his diligent work on this matter may have exceeded the scope of our representational arrangement - certainly neither of us expected the wrinkles that presented - but Jeff saw it through to the end. I highly recommended Jeff Apell - he will get the deal done!
