Russ made estate planning so easy! I am an awesome procrastinator and was dreading this process but Russ truly made it easy. He is extremely professional and has a gentle manner but most of all - he delivered a complete estate planner and all info that is needed is all in one place!

For several years my wife and I have been talking about creating a will. I'm not sure why it took so long. Maybe it was the lack of knowledge about them, the uncomfortable questions we would have to answer, or, more likely, finding someone we trust and are confident enough in their abilities to prepare what could possibly be the roadmap for the future of our children...... Yeah, no big deal. We were finally introduced to Mr. Nesevich and sat down with him to begin this journey. He was polite, kind and a very easy person to talk to. I was blown away by how thorough he was with our plan. He crossed his T's, dotted his I's and had contingency upon contingency for all the " what if's" life could possibly throw at us. When we were finally done I felt a relief of anxiety that I didn't know I had. I can't recommend Mr. Nesevich highly enough. If you are in the hunt for someone to plan your estate, look no further.

I rarely write reviews. However, I felt that Russ deserves recognition for his quality work and friendly personality. From the moment my wife and I met with Russ, we knew we were dealing with a genuine professional who is an expert in his field. Russ took the time to listen to our concerns in an unhurried manner and offered valid options for us to consider. The end result was a comprehensive estate plan that was customized to our individual needs. He meticulously went through all the documents in our follow up meeting and was more than willing to entertain some later changes. The organized folder of documents was supplemented with a very handy memory flash drive. I have no doubt that if and when we need further estate counsel, my wife and I will reach out to Mr. Nesevich.

Russ helped us tremendously after the death of a loved one with an complicated estate situation. Russ simplified the process in our mind and held our hand as we navigated all the aspects of the settling of the estate and executing the will. He was beyond competent. He took a great burden off our shoulders by handling many of the issues for us and we was always available to answer questions and reassure us, with much compassion.

Mr. Nesevich was incredibly helpful and thorough when doing our estate planning. We could not believe how much he covered when asking us what we wanted in our estate plan. The final product was so detailed and covered so many "what ifs". When we spoke to other people, we found that our estate plan is much more detailed than a typical one, which is great!
