I was referred to Ben Dash – by my very highly respected realtor from the same area. I was a widow of two young daughters and looking for a home. I got an inspection after putting in an offer and found out the house was a complete disaster under the beautiful "flip cover up" job. Mold and water damage everywhere! The sellers would not let me out of the contract. I had no time or money for that kind of situation and Ben – was very quick to step up and take my case and resolve it in less than a week!! He was kind, yet straight forward about my rights and the truth and reality of things. Lessons learned I should have gotten him from the start! My family will be forever grateful!!

I hired Ted to represent me in a criminal matter that should have never even saw a court room. From the very first call Ted was attentive, and always available. Even with my crazy schedule Ted made time to gather all of the facts and evidence to clear my name. In the end, he was able to get the entire matter dismissed. In January of 2008, we had the opportunity to adopt a child that was to be born in less than a month. I contacted Mr. Baker to see if he would be able to help facilitate the private adoption. He was most knowledgeable and helpful. The process was fairly straightforward in the beginning. There were some complications that could have derailed the adoption, but Mr. Baker was able to work things out with the birth parents. He was always looking out for the interests of the birth parents while making sure we were still able to adopt the child. Mr. Baker oversaw all the final adoption and kept us apprised of the all details involved in the process. He was always forthcoming with information, providing us with options and details. We succeeded in adopting a beautiful little boy. I am quite sure that without Mr. Baker's expertise and delicate handling of the situation we would not have been able to call this little boy our own.

During a very difficult time, unsure where to turn, a trusted friend recommended Ted Baker. Having no other recommendations or even a basic knowledge of the legal system we hired Ted and now are so thankful we did! He expertly navigated us through a messy case and we came out on the other side alive and well. He was patient, understanding and quick to respond to our needs and questions as they arose. I don’t think we could have done it without him.

I hired Ted when I wanted to pursue guardianship for my grandson. He was very effective and always responded to my questions very promptly. The case went much more smoothly than I ever anticipated. Ted’s integrity, command of the law and advocacy for his client was invaluable in keeping our family together and our daughter safe, for which I am forever grateful. Since then, I have reached out to Ted on other legal matters and will continue to do so. Quite frankly, if anyone asks me who I would recommend for legal representation, I cannot think of anyone more highly qualified than Ted Baker.

Mr. Baker helped me get my name legally changed so all my records had the same name. When I considered retiring I examined my legal documents and found that my name was not consistent. The name used by social security, my pension, life insurance, and other financial accounts were not identical. Mr. Baker examined all of the documents and had my name legally changed to what it should have been. Then he contacted all of the financial institutions, my pension administrator, and social security to correct any issues with my name. As a result, when I retired I had no problems claiming benefits I was entitled to receive. The work Mr. Baker did was thorough, the result was excellent, and everything was done in a brief period of time. I would recommend anyone talking to him about any legal matter.

I hire Ted for my child custody case/DYFS case. his rates are extremely expensive at 350 dollars an hour, with a huge retainer up front now if this lawyer was any good I can understand the rates being so high but for him being more than poor if I could give him no stars I would. in my case he totally sided with DYFS n the other party who I was against which I thought was illegal?! I also never got one statement from him saying where any of my money was going! he FAILED in every aspect of this entire case& had me lose my child& made me look horrible&ruined me for over 2yrs.I had so much pain and suffering and lost because of him, my case was not even close to being over and he just decided to say it was closed? no professional attorney does this! he is the worst! not just in South Jersey but the entire world. stay far away from him he's not worth a penny or the air you breathe. he's being reported to the Bar Association,etc. I will not rest until I get some of my attorney fees back. I heart really highly recommend that you stay away from this attorney. he also would send his other attorney to do his work for him and it still wouldn't get done. he really ruined my life and my child's life. he was friends with the other attorney we were working against and immediately took the other person side that we were against and also friends with the DYFS worker bc they used to work together some yrs ago, they are both being looked into. Very shady. I never got notices for court until the night before, what else can I possibly say except to just Stay Far away from this guy, I have nothing nice to say and that's pretty sad! At least some people deserve one star, but Ted gets a BIG FAT ZERO,BC THAT'S WHAT HE'S WORTH.
