Just completed my case with Blair as counsel. He was thoroughly professional and completely attentive throughout the many months of the process and enabled the best outcome possible. In addition, as someone not familiar with the legal system, he took time to explain things and ensure that I understood all the issues. He understood what is was like to be put into a frightening and frustrating situation. I'm fortunate to have found him.

After facing a series of serious New Jersey traffic violations—charges that typically carry jail time—I found myself discouraged after consultations with other attorneys who either dismissed my case or advised me to brace for the worst. Realizing I needed more than just local connections between a traffic lawyer and the local courts, I looked further afield and found Mr. Zwillman. Meeting him at his Morristown office, I was immediately struck by his geniality, insight, and genuine curiosity. His extensive experience in the New Jersey legal system combined with an almost “puzzle-solving” approach brought me a sense of calm and confidence. True to his reputation, Mr. Zwillman’s approach was refreshingly unorthodox but meticulously thorough. He left no stone unturned in discovery and was relentless in his negotiations with the prosecutor. The outcome speaks for itself: I retained my freedom. Mr. Zwillman’s fees were fair given the stakes, and I can confidently say he exceeded my expectations.

Please do your detailed background research on this firm before you sign an agreement with James. Looking at his past history, he failed in 2 other law areas: failed as a criminal law attorney and failed as a bankruptcy attorney. It speaks volume to his ethics and character that now he has moved on to fail as a real estate attorney given his unethical and unprofessional background. Do not make the same regrettable Mistake that I made with him, so please read all the reviews and do take the 5 star reviews with a pinch of salt due to conflict of interest and the firm buying fake reviews to boost their ratings given their unethical practices. Avoid at all costs

I would not rehire this attorney again, please do your due diligence but doing a detained review of his background and looking over all the reviews to avoid the same mistake that I did. Please don’t hire him for your legal matters.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Blair seems to have some sort of disorder as he forgets things very easily and he keeps calling you late at night after consultation. It got to the point where he kept calling me late night to harass me after I called in for a free consultation but he kept harassing me to make the payment as I had told I need to think about. It was a big mistake to talk to him... he seems very unhinged, emotional and incompetent in his field. I would avoid this place at all costs for your own legal matters.

I had the best experience with Saba and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good lawyer. She was always available to answer the questions or any concerns throughout the case . She listens and understands your situation and provide best solutions.

I cannot recommend The Law Office of Blair Zwillman highly enough. When my then 19-year old son got his only traffic ticket a few years ago, Mr. Zwillman pulled off a miracle. My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top. Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. As a former traffic court judge myself, I can attest to Mr. Zwillman’s incredible skills in working with prosecutors and judges to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Blair is very knowledgeable and helped me out with a case. I recommend using his services.
