Carolyn and her team are simply brilliant. They helped helped me through an incredibly difficult time with creativity, kindness and determination. They worked with me, guided me and fought for me. I would not be where I am today had it not been for Carolyn and cannot recommend her highly enough. She took a no nonsense approach and wasted no time, but also got to know me and build a relationship with me. This resulted in her being an incredibly strong advocate for me at the critical moments. Carolyn Daly is a phenomenal divorce mediator and I highly respect her quality of work, her understanding of human emotions, and her ability to avoid unnecessary drama. I can personally attest to fact Carolyn Daly is probably the worst "family" lawyer that exists in NJ and I'm upset she has any good fake reviews so writing this. She was the adversary in my case and managed to bankrupt me to the point I was forced to do a Pro Se appeal. She robbed my ex-wife of I have no idea how much money but at her rate I assume it approached $100K. Her law firm engaged in completely illegal ex-parte activities in Morris County. She completely robbed 3 children of a father. Truly a horrible person that had no care for the actual welfare of children

Sean Gaynor was handling my very complicated divorce. He is an excellent divorce attorney, one of those who "get it" when it comes to handling high conflict cases. His prior experience as a prosecutor helped us to make good use of extensive evidence and to disprove multiple false allegations raised by the opposing party. He was always respectful, supportive and friendly. Sean is fast and efficient, focused on eliminating the noise and determining the facts. Because of his strong logic and no-nonsense approach I got finally divorced and regained my freedom. Donna, the paralegal, is wonderful too! She not only makes sure that everything is done on time but she truly cares about the human being behind the bill payer. Both Sean and Donna were great and made me feel supported and protected in the worst period of my life. If you are divorcing a reasonable partner who is willing to settle, then go for it, because it will cost you much less than the NJ Family Court system and legal fees. However if you are targeted by a high-conflict individual who has no will to end "the game", then Sean Gaynor is your hope. I was lucky to have Sean and his amazing paralegal Donna on my side. I can't thank them enough for saving me.
