I hired Shareen to represent me as I sold a house that has been in my family for 60 years. I have never sold a house before. Shareen was patient in guiding me through each of the steps of the closing. Through the process, the buyer had some issues (switching lawyers and mortgage companies), and their lawyers, lender, and title company sometimes were less than communicative. Shareen tirelessly worked to get them moving, and we were successful at closing the deal. Because of her patience, skill, communication, and determination, I would highly recommend Shareen!
