Tom and his entire team were amazing during my entire lawsuit. Tom is extremely approachable and easy to talk to. If you are looking for an attorney that will have your back and win your case, you've found him. Paul Castronovo was my main attorney. But they both contributed to offering advice on my issue. They are amazing. I had one of the most brutal cases that they've ever come across. I went against a powerful employer who used intimidation tactics and devious tricks to win his case. Knowing that I had been abused by my employer, this just made Paul tougher! He crossed his T's and dotted his I's and got the job done! Any other lawyer would have stepped down in intimidation. With plenty of time to look back and reflect about everything that happened and the situation that brought me to Castronovo & McKinney I can only say that Paul and Tom were more then just "attorneys" or "advocates". Paul and Tom provided advice, counsel, and facts about my situation. They spoke honestly about what can happen and where the case would go. They didn't "blow smoke" and promse me the world and huge settlements (like the television ambulance chasers do). They were honest and professional.
